By ordering on our website you will be agreeing to the following..


  • Payment in full is required before dispatching your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit.

Our goods are dispatched by a contract carrier or Australia Post. However, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means.

Usual delivery would be 2 - 3 working days depending on carrier service, Or next day service with courier depending on delivery location. The maximum number of working days is 5.

If a product is out of stock in the warehouse, it may take a little longer.

You will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that we may debit your account accordingly.

You must be at your delivery address stated to receive the goods.

We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.

Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and dispatched.
Free freight is subject to weight and carton size and does not apply to furniture and salon electrical equipment .
It also does not apply to special prices. You either accept special price or you accept the FREE freight. It also does not apply to remote areas or where more than one line of freight is required.


We have a no return policy for change of mind. In the case of faulty goods a full refund or replacement will be offered and the cost of return will be paid by in line with Australian Law.
