You confirmed my order on 12th Apr.
I had to phone you on 29th Apr chasing up my order.
The lady who answered the phone checked and plainly said, the item is still sitting on the shelf and will be dispatched following day.
A courteous one word 'sorry' for the delay would go a long way.
Thankfully, the lotion does cool the feet, albeit for a short while.
